Shipping:

Return Policy:

At HuntProGear, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligible Returns:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
• Products that have been damaged, altered, or used are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return. You can reach us at deadeye@huntprogear.com
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
3. Pack the product securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for an eligible return.
6. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and get you the correct product as quickly as possible.
